- June 2008 - Attorney Roy E. Dean was named an officer of the Board of Trustees for Plymouth Harbor, a continuing care retirement community located in Sarasota.
- June 2008 - Attorney Jonathan P. Whitney was presented with the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar award for The Most Significant Member Service Project for his contributions to the Sarasota County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division's Salary Survey project.

- September/October 2007 - Jonathan P. Whitney's article "Real Estate Investors Gone Wild: Can I Get Out of My Contract" was chosen to be re-printed in the September/October 2007 edition of Writ of Assistants, published by the Southwest Florida Paralegal Association, Inc. - August 3, 2007 - Jonathan P. Whitney was sworn-in to the Maine Bar. He is now licensed to practice in all State Courts in Maine.
- August 1, 2007 - Jonathan P. Whitney published the article entitled "Real Estate Investors Gone Wild: Can I Get Out of My Contract" in the August 2007 edition of The Docket, the monthly news letter from the Sarasota County Bar Association. Mr. Whitney's article focuses on the growing dilemma faced by investors of whether to close on pre-construction condominium purchase contracts, demand return of their deposit, or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.
- July 17, 2007 - Joseph F. Summonte, Jr., has been selected for inclusion in the 30th Anniversary Edition of Who's Who in American Law
