Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney with at least 2-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have superior research, writing, communication, internet and computer skills, advocacy skills, experience handling trials, hearings, depositions and mediations. Further, the candidate must excel at drafting pleadings, motions and legal memoranda, have strong interpersonal skills, must be a team player, self starter as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment and think creatively. The firm's practice areas include: real estate litigation, foreclosures, and commercial and community association litigation; experience in these areas is a plus.

Residential Real Estate Paralegal
Immediate opening for an experienced 5+ year residential real estate paralegal. The knowledge to take a file from contract to post-closing completion is needed as well as ability to create GFE-HUDs. This position requires someone who has a professional demeanor, takes initiative, who is analytical, and a team player. Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and strong attention to detail! A qualified candidate also must be able to demonstrate ability to professionally and effectively interact with our buyers, sellers, lenders and Realtors. Candidate must be able to prioritize and work independently. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with DoubleTime is a plus.
